Getting back to me.
Kelly is off to college for her sophomore year and I am back to my path.
I only fell off for a few weeks but it's time to pick myself up and get back on track towards a healthier, happier, more well-balanced me.
Starting today with a long walk and still sweating even 30 minutes later.
