I am home and slowly recovering from the most amazing girls weekend!
Twenty creative team members from our website, DesignerDigitals, gathered in Clearwater Beach, Florida this weekend for bonding, laughing, eating, drinking, a few crazy moments [okay more than a few ;)], photo walks, boat trips, pool time, beach time, and so much more. It's a sisterhood I am so lucky to be a part of and treasure each one of these ladies [as well as the ladies that weren't able to join us] more than words can express!
Lots of pages to come! Even if it isn't until after the holiday season, these photos will be scrapped! So many memories I never want to forget!
Last weekend Randy and I drove down to Kentucky to see the grandchildren! "What?! Grandchildren?!", You say. Yes, I like to believe I am way too young to be a grandmother, but Randy's daughter is nearly 30 and has blessed us with TWO beautiful granddaughters so we have the joy of grandchildren in our lives!
It was so good to see them as it had been a few years. Now we're looking forward to getting to be more regular with our visits! I hope our life gets the message ;)
After a sweltering adventure at the patch [it was a bit sweaty at nearly 90°], we cooled off in the hotel pool! Always a good option and the girls loved splashing around with Grandpa while I documented all of the fun! ;)
I'm ready for October and the crisp cool air [although it's in the 80s this week] and the beautiful scenery. Not sure Dixie Dog is ready for the dress-up adventures that lie ahead but she's along for the ride! LOL!
I make a dozen and then freeze them to heat up each morning! The original recipe was found on pinterest and I've modified it from there.
