I'm joining my friend, Michele, for her RechargeME month!
Taking this time to re-ocus and re-energize!
I think it’s a good time for a re-charge with Kelly about to graduate so much about to change in our daily lives. So I’m going to try to focus on 5 different areas of my life! First is creating, it’s what supports my family and it’s also where my passion is! The second point is to document daily. It gives me a better appreciation of our life! Third is fitness. As I continue with my pilates sessions I also want to add in more cardio. Fourth is healthy food choices for me and my family when making meals. Last, but most important is to make time for fun with friends and with family!
Hoping that focusing on these five things will lead me to some new energy!
