Kelly had been gone for the past 11 days attending a NSLC session on International Diplomacy and having the time of her life at American University. This is a picture from when they were at the UN in New York. She made great new friends and the good-byes were tearful. She's home now. Asleep. Likely to be catching up for some time to come.
And while she was gone we struggled with AC outages, a touchy hot water heater and unbearable heat. Good times. Lucky for her that's all passed now ;) And I'm already falling behind on project life but vow to catch up and get last week's page done by the end of this week and maybe even finish this week's page too!
On the work front, I've been busy busy getting ready for our summer spectacular that launches Friday evening. In years past we have had a Christmas in July promotion but this year we are embracing summer. There will be challenge/events in the forum and gallery throughout the rest of July and every day [17 days worth] there will be a new 99¢ item and a different batch of 400+ items on sale! So that's what's kept me crazy making fun and fresh new 99¢ items! And thru the rest of this month I'm thinking there won't be a win on Wednesday as I'll be hopping all month long until the promo is over!
