and continuing My Family Genealogy series with the new My Family Genealogy Family Tree Brushes! and I did this page from my grandparent's wedding to show how I see using them within a page! working on making a complete kit and various more element packs to continue this family history series. I've dug up loads of pictures and want to complete a book to have to pass down. Actually I think it should be a few books so I have one for my father's side and one for my mother's side! But that's going to be no small task!
from the most remote vacation we've ever taken! Just a few miles from the Canadian border with no cell signal and no internet. But the skies were beautiful and the stars at night were amazing!
so we went moose-watching... we all saw one...
and when Kelly went out with Grandma and Grandpa she saw another, larger one! but she only had a phone camera...
and we went in search of a waterfall... miles and miles off the paved roads... we were sure glad to not have any car trouble because I think we'd still be stuck there! But it was beautiful when we found it!
the flowers in the mountains were beautiful too!
but it is good to be home and to sleep in our own beds last night!

So, this past Saturday, my cousin Molly and I had decided to go antiquing to this cute little shop up in PA that we love. But when I arrived at the farm, there had just been an accident with Ruby and a car. Not quite sure what happened and if she was okay or not. It was decided because she was struggling to breathe we'd run her to the ER vet. And when we arrived we were told how critical she was and we were really afraid we would lose her.
But after 2 days of hospitalization, Ruby came home yesterday. The only way you know anything had happened is her side is shaved from where they had to 'tap' her chest and extract the excess air around her lungs which were bruised and had internal bleeding.
And yesterday we headed over to the beach and were pleasantly surprised by the change in weather at the shore and the beautiful blue skies! But our little miss brought her teenage attitude with...
that only went away after these creatures...
decided to do their business on my arm... niiiiicceeee....
