Kelly went to Chicago for a visit this weekend, so yesterday we took a camera-free trip over to Rehoboth beach. It was a gorgeous day--81°! We, of course, weren't dressed for it--we brought warm coats expecting maybe 60°. But it was beautiful and refreshing. And of course we came home with some salt water taffy!! yum yum!!
it never ends... but that's such a good thing! the ideas always keep coming and I pour over my vintage library and my design books and I'm all fired up to create again and again! pure magic! ;)
and my new ipod is helping with that! I had one of the original white ones and the battery couldn't even last from on a cross-country flight, so I thought it's time for an upgrade and I looooveeee my new ipod! Yesterday I downloaded the new Joss Stone album--love that! A good up-tempo beat to help keep me cranking!!
Lots of stuff for the store this weekend! And these will be one of the 25¢ items!!! :D :D :D
Figures I go to Omaha for the first time in two years and they have the worst blizzard they've had in ten years! Just my luck! But I made it there, took lots of pictures and I made it home. Got sick after I got home, but that's another story.... but now I'm recovered and back at it!
Here are some of the pictures from the trip!
Meg [my little sister] and Jack
my parents' newest dog Sam
and of course, the snow....
